  • Summary in spanish: Leonor de Castilla, mujer del rey de Navarra, sembró las pepitas de una naranja en 1421. Más tarde Catalina, la mujer del rey de Navarra en 1499 mandó cinco naranjos a la mujer del rey de Francia, y éstos pasaron más tarde a manos del Condestable de Bourbon. Este pierde sus posesiones al traicionar al rey y los naranjos pasan a pertenecer al rey catalogándose como "Gran Condestable". El naranjo murió en Versalles en 1894
  • Summary in english: Leonor of Castille, the wife of the King of Navarre, planted the pips of an orange in 1421. Later, Catherine, the wife of the king of Navarre, sent five trees to the wife of the king of France in 1499, and these happened to end up in the hands of the Condestable of Bourbon. The latter lost his possessions because of his betrayal of the King and the trees became the property of the King and were catalogued as "The Great Condestable". One such tree died in Versalles in 1894
